2022 marks PressBox’s sixth annual Best Of edition celebrating the top people, performances and moments of the year.
Best Game-Winning Drive In Relief
The Ravens’ December matchup against the Broncos looked like an easy win on paper. But when Lamar Jackson had to leave with a knee injury in the first half, things were suddenly looking quite hairy. Backup Tyler Huntley took over, and in the fourth quarter with Baltimore trailing 9-3 and 5:02 remaining, he started a drive from his own 9-yard line. The Ravens converted a pair of fourth downs with the game at stake, and Huntley ultimately plunged in for the game-winning touchdown with 28 seconds remaining.
