2022 marks PressBox’s sixth annual Best Of edition celebrating the top people, performances and moments of the year.
Best In-Season Turnaround
Linebacker Patrick Queen‘s slow start left a number of Ravens fans and analysts wondering whether the team might have to think about whether they should pick up his fifth-year option after the season. Suddenly things changed … pretty dramatically. Starting in October, Queen became more assertive. Then after the Ravens added Roquan Smith, Queen started playing like a madman. In a November win against the Panthers, he recorded 12 tackles (seven against the run) and one tackle for loss.
