I’m going to list my favorite plays for today’s slate of games. Things are always subject to change due to players sitting or games even being postponed. Make sure you are paying attention to any and all late-breaking news, and try to use common sense if a point spread moves up or down. The plays I LOVE are my top plays for the slate. Reds-Cardinals under 8 — I can’t believe my algorithm likes Adam Wainwright today, but he and Hunter Greene grade out well. The weather favors this game to go under. Take the under.
Guardians -120 Astros — No Jose Altuve and no Yordan Alvarez for the Astros. Shane Bieber isn’t what he once was, but he is still really good. I do like runs to be scored by both teams, but I also believe the Guardians get the win.
Cubs-Giants over 8.5 — The Giants appear to be having a bullpen game and the Cubs are throwing a young pitcher who gives up a ton of hard contact. The weather is fine, but I like the matchup more. Take the over.
