I’m going to list my favorite plays for today’s slate of games. Things are always subject to change due to players sitting or games even being postponed. Make sure you are paying attention to any and all late-breaking news, and try to use common sense if a point spread moves up or down. The plays I LOVE are my top plays for the slate. 1-1 ATS yesterday. Damn Dodgers!
Game 1 Tigers +125 Angels — I’m fading the money coming in on the Angels. We get Michael Lorenzen for the Tigers, and he is solid. I’m going back to the spot from yesterday. I hate the fact that Shohei Ohtani is now pitching. I think Lorenzen has a big game today against his former team.
Cubs-Cardinals over 9.5 — Phenomenal hitting weather in this game. I like the Cardinals in the spot against Justin Steele. Steele can get a little wild at times, but I think we see the long ball from both teams. The Cubs get Miles Mikolas, and he is a contact pitcher. Take the over.
Mets-Nationals over 9 — Best hitting weather of the day and I like both offenses. Josiah Gray gives up too much hard contact. Kodai Senga is better at home, but he tends to lose the strike zone from time to time and get himself in trouble. Take the over.
