I’m going to list my favorite plays for today’s slate of games. Things are always subject to change due to players sitting or games even being postponed. Make sure you are paying attention to any and all late-breaking news, and try to use common sense if a point spread moves up or down. The plays I LOVE are my top plays for the slate. Whether you fade or follow, good luck!

1-2 ATS yesterday.

Red Sox +115 Mariners— This is by far the best pitching matchup of the day. Yesterday has been pitching out of his mind lately, and George Kirby is one of the best young pitchers in the game. I’ll take the plus money with the Red Sox. I think they steal the first game in Seattle.

Giants -155 Diamondbacks — Alex Cobb is having a really nice season. He has a 2.97 ERA, and his split-finger has been getting him out of jams this year. The Giants strike out a ton, but they also have a lot of power. I think they match up really well with Ryne Nelson. Take the Giants.

Brewers-Nationals over 8.5 – Best hitting weather of the day. I love the Brewers against Jake Irvin. They have a contact-heavy lineup, and Irvin pitches to contact quite a bit. The Nationals’ lineup doesn’t strike out a lot, and I think they can be pesky at times. Take the over.
