I’m going to list my favorite plays for today’s slate of games. Things are always subject to change due to players sitting or games even being postponed. Make sure you are paying attention to any and all late-breaking news, and try to use common sense if a point spread moves up or down. The plays I LOVE are my top plays for the slate. Jets +1.5 Bills — I’m really liking this Jets team this year. They have all the pieces to be great, but they are also the Jets. This Bills team is going to be really good this year as well, but I think the difference in this game might be the Jets’ defense. We have some questionable weather, and I think we see the Jets play inspired football. Jets win.
Rays-Twins under 7.5 — This is one of the better pitching matchups of the day, as Sonny Gray and Tyler Glasnow will face off. The Twins are striking out more than any team in baseball, so Glasnow has to be licking his chops. We get some questionable weather as well. Looks like a great under play to me.
Orioles -175 Cardinals — You know I don’t like to bet the big favorites or teams with this much action on them. A lot of money is coming in on the Orioles, but I think it’s the right side. Dean Kremer gets a predominantly right-handed team, with most of the Cardinals’ power coming from the right side. Dakota Hudson gives up way too much hard contact. Take the Orioles.
