Anthony Santander’s surprisingly solid season was one of the most pleasant developments of the year for Orioles fans.
And just as you’d expect, no one enjoyed it more than … a group of 4,000 British Boy and Girl Scouts. In August, the group sat in left field on an otherwise innocuous Sunday afternoon and offered ovations and, presumably, a “Bob’s your uncle,” every time he made a routine catch.
It was a bloody good show.
