What an odd game we had last night. The final score — a 45-30 Colts victory — was not indicative of the game. Jonathan Taylor was the star, but if you needed to start Carson Wentz or Elijah Moore last night, they more than came through. With COVID, byes, cuts and so on, you may need some under the radar help this weekend.
Here are a few players by position I expect to have solid fantasy days who may be slightly off your radar:
Quarterback:
• Tua Tagovailoa
• Jordan Love
• Taysom Hill
If Hill gets the start he is a top-10 option for me this weekend against Atlanta. Love’s matchup just can’t be ignored if you are desperate.
Running Back:
• Zack Moss
• AJ Dillon
• Derrick Gore
I expect 10 to 15 touches for all three backs. They’re all on the FLEX radar.
Wide Receiver:
• Jaylen Waddle
• Christian Kirk
• Zay Jones
Kirk could see more work if DeAndre Hopkins sits or is limited by his hamstring injury. Jones should see an uptick in targets given the unfortunate turn of events for Vegas.
Tight End:
• Dan Arnold
• Albert Okwuegbunam
Arnold is always the sleeper tight end who no one talks about, but his usage has been so consistent. Albert O will be A-OK (I know, I hate me too) if Noah Fant is out!
Sleeper defense: Eagles … they have been better as of late and the Chargers haven’t been. Does the trend continue?
Need a kicker? Evan McPherson, Cincinnati
