2021 marks PressBox’s fifth annual Best Of edition celebrating the top people, performances and moments of the year.

Lacie DeCosta has brought a bit of the “Ted Lasso” charm to Ravens Twitter.
While she has no official title with the Ravens, the wife of general manager Eric DeCosta has created personal relationships with many Ravens fans while avoiding the pitfalls that so often come with dealing with what can be an unreasonable fan base.
She has gone out of her way to connect with fans on the platform, sending them jerseys and making donations (or even appearances) for charitable endeavors.
In November, she even penned a touching obituary for a Ravens fan named Emili Jane (“RavensEm”) who had been a similarly positive voice within the fan base.
