2022 marks PressBox’s sixth annual Best Of edition celebrating the top people, performances and moments of the year.
Best Double Duty
You probably had a pretty successful career if you were inducted into a Hall of Fame … and continued coaching for another two decades. 2003 Loyola Athletics Hall of Fame inductee Rick McClure, who had been coaching the men’s tennis team since 1979 and the women since 1988, announced his retirement in June. He coached a total of 1,383 matches with the Greyhounds, winning 838.
