2022 marks PressBox’s sixth annual Best Of edition celebrating the top people, performances and moments of the year.
Katie Forsythe
Not one, not two, not three … how about five times? That’s how many Patriot League Libero of the Year awards Katie Forsythe won with the Loyola volleyball program, the first time a player from any sport won a major end-of-season award five times in the history of the conference. Forsythe finished third in the Patriot League in total digs (516) and second in digs per set (5.61) in the fall. Shoutout to all of the players doing the dirty work for their volleyball teams.
