I’m going to list my favorite plays for today’s slate of games. Things are always subject to change due to players sitting or games even being postponed. Make sure you are paying attention to any and all late-breaking news, and try to use common sense if a point spread moves up or down. The plays I LOVE are my top plays for the slate. 2-1 ATS yesterday.
Orioles +110 Guardians — We get a good team as a home underdog against a good pitcher. Shane Bieber is a good pitcher and has good career numbers against the Orioles. This isn’t the same Bieber we have seen in years past. He’s still really good, but I’m taking the Orioles in a bullpen game.
Giants-Pirates under 8 — The algorithm I use loves this spot for an under. Mitch Keller is having a career year and Alex Wood grades out great today against the Pirates. The wind is blowing out, but the Giants ballpark is least affected by wind. Take the under!
Cubs-Rays over 8.5 — Love this spot for an over. No great weather effect either way, but Justin Steele looked terrible his last time out and this Cubs team will put the ball in play. I think we see runs for both teams today. Take the over.
