I’m going to list my favorite plays for today’s slate of games. Things are always subject to change due to players sitting or games even being postponed. Make sure you are paying attention to any and all late-breaking news, and try to use common sense if a point spread moves up or down. The plays I LOVE are my top plays for the slate. Whether you fade or follow, good luck!

I just created my own site, Conncretelocks.com, where you will find my daily podcast and my exclusive packages. I’m going to give you a few plays I like and a writeup on each pick on an everyday basis moving forward. I hope you win some money, whether you fade or play.

1-2 ATS yesterday.

Athletics-Guardians over 8 — Great spot for the Guardians as they face Paul Blackburn, who grades out as the worst pitcher on the slate. Gavin Williams gets his first start for the Guardians, so here is to hoping the spot is big enough for him to struggle. Take the over.

Astros-Mets over 8.5 — Tylor Megill is pitching for the Mets. He has been one of the worst pitchers on the Mets this year, and that’s saying a lot considering how things have gone for them. Cristian Javier is good, but I think the Mets’ offense can score off of him. Pete Alonso is back for the Mets, which will help. I do like a Kyle Tucker home run (+390 on FanDuel).

Diamondbacks-Brewers over 8.5 — I think the Diamondbacks tee off against Julio Teheran, who has been playing with fire. The blowup game is coming. Arizona is the perfect team to exploit him. I like Corbin Carroll for a jack and a bag (a home run and a stolen base). I still think the Brewers can scratch out a few runs. Take the over.
