I’m going to list my favorite plays for today’s slate of games. Things are always subject to change due to players sitting or games even being postponed. Make sure you are paying attention to any and all late-breaking news, and try to use common sense if a point spread moves up or down. The plays I LOVE are my top plays for the slate. 1-2 ATS yesterday. I’m going to give out my three favorite plays today and a bonus if you want to bet it
Dodgers -165 Angels — My algorithm loves this spot for the Dodgers. Griffin Canning grades out as the second worst pitcher on today’s slate. I think Mookie Betts has a big game and Tony Gonsolin shuts down this Angels team.
Rays -110 Braves — We have a phenomenal pitching matchup with Tyler Glasnow and Charlie Morton. I love Charlie Morton, but he does give up the long ball on occasion. This Braves team is an absolute juggernaut, but I like Glasnow against them as they do strike out quite bit. Love the Rays tonight.
Red Sox-Athletics over 10.5 — Great hitting weather in this game and I love this spot for Red Sox bats. My algorithm has six Red Sox hitters in the top 15 for tonight in all of baseball. It’s also a good spot for A’s bats as we are most likely getting some sort of a bullpen game whether planned or not. Take the over.
A note on the Rockies-Giants game: So the wind in San Francisco is blowing out to center at about 25 mph. The Giants stadium is least affected by wind out of all the stadiums in baseball. But it’s 25mph. We jump for joy and see totals of 10 or more in Wrigley if the wind is blowing out above 10mph there. The only reason I’m not laying the wood to this game is because it’s the most heavily bet over today. I just saw it went from 8 to 8.5 and it may go up further. I am playing it still, I just wanted to clarify why it’s not on this list as I was talking so highly about this game this morning.
