I’m going to list my favorite plays for today’s slate of games. Things are always subject to change due to players sitting or games even being postponed. Make sure you are paying attention to any and all late-breaking news, and try to use common sense if a point spread moves up or down. The plays I LOVE are my top plays for the slate. 2-1 ATS yesterday.
Dodgers-Padres over 8.5 — I’ve been waiting for a good team to attack Blake Snell. He has been great this year, but he only goes five innings and he puts a lot of runners on base. Conversely, the Padres should be able to get after the Dodgers on what could up being a bullpen game. Take the over.
Orioles-Mets over 9.5 — The best hitting weather is in Boston and Baltimore today. It’s Tylor Megill vs. Kyle Gibson, and neither one of these guys is overpowering. With the weather conditions and the power that both teams have, I love the over here.
Cardinals -240 Rockies — I usually don’t give out large favorites, but the Rockies are the worst team against left-handed pitching, and I like the way Steven Matz has looked when he has started this year. My algorithm loves the Cardinals, so I’m going to play them today.
