Joe Serpico shares his top fantasy football waiver-wire pickups heading into Week 10.

Kyler Murray, QB, Arizona Cardinals: It’s your last chance to grab the former No. 1 overall pick, as Murray is expected to return from injury this week. I’d normally wait a week with a player returning from a major injury unless desperate. But desperation may set in with Patrick Mahomes, Jalen Hurts and Tua Tagovailoa all on a bye week and the number of injuries to quarterbacks around the league.

Keaton Mitchell, RB, Baltimore Ravens: Ravens fans have been waiting for the team to unleash Mitchell, and he showed his game-changing speed that could make the offense truly elite. Mitchell rushed for 138 yards on nine carries against the Seahawks, highlighted by a 60-yard touchdown in which he split two defenders to get into the open field. Gus Edwards found the end zone another two times, giving him six scores in the last three games, and is still the top back despite getting only five carries. Don’t overspend for Mitchell after just one game, but I like his potential more in the second half than, say, Antonio Gibson, Samaje Perine and Dalvin Cook, who are still heavily rostered in fantasy leagues.

D’Onta Foreman, RB, Chicago Bears: The theme of this week is finding players that are underrated … and Foreman is owned in just 53 percent of leagues. He rushed 83 yards against the Saints on Sunday, but most importantly, he had 20 carries compared to just three for the rest of the Bears’ running backs. Khalil Herbert is eligible to return from IR this week, but Foreman will remain atop the depth chart while Herbert is eased back into action.

Zach Charbonnet, RB, Seattle Seahawks: There wasn’t much good to come out of the Ravens’ dismantling of the Seahawks, but something to keep an eye on is Charbonnet getting more run each week. The rookie out of UCLA has played more snaps than Kenneth Walker the last two weeks, and this is becoming more of a shared backfield. This is the time of the season to start thinking about stashing handcuff running backs, and Charbonnet could be a league winner if thrusted into the starting lineup.

Tank Dell, WR, Houston Texans: I was stunned to see his availability in fantasy leagues, but that is sure to rise dramatically after another terrific game. The rookie reeled in 6 of 11 targets for 114 yards and two touchdowns, including the game-winning score. As one of C.J. Stroud’s favorite targets, Dell is another rookie whose role should expand as the season progresses.

Demario Douglas, WR, New England Patriots: There isn’t much to get excited about in New England, but someone has to catch passes and Douglas has been the guy as of late. Operating out of the slot, Douglas has six or more targets in three straight games and led the Patriots in receiving yards in Week 9. He is a deep FLEX option if you’re without the Dolphins, Eagles and Rams receiving duos this week.

Taysom Hill, QB/TE, New Orleans Saints and Trey McBride, TE, Arizona Cardinals: I’m grouping these two together because they were featured in this piece last week but are both still criminally undervalued in the fantasy community. Hill has been phenomenal in three straight games with three rushing, one receiving and one passing touchdown, and yet is only owned 40 percent of leagues. McBride is only in his second week as the starter but has 19 targets in those two games and is owned in 43 percent of leagues. Both need to be rostered over the likes of Tyler Higbee and Gerald Everett, who are rostered in more leagues than Hill and McBride.
