The Knicks have only allowed one center to cross 26 combined so far. They hold centers to the eighth-lowest scoring and lowest rebounding figures in basketball thus far.
NFL
Garrett Wilson over 4.5 receptions.
Wilson crossed this mark in four straight games until the Bills broke Zach Wilson. Betting Jets QB Tim Boyle understands the assignment, simply, get Wilson the football.
Tyreek Hill longest reception over 25.5 yards.
I think this line is this low because of the quality of the Jets corners. However, Hill is schemed open using motion and catches the ball while accelerating. He has crossed this mark in five of his last six games.
Breece Hall rush attempts over 13.5.
The Jets want to ride Hall and slow down the game, win the battle of field position and let their defense go to work. Boyle should understand how to read light boxes and check into runs. Hall got 10 carries last week in a game where the Jets couldn’t convert a single third down most of the game.
Tyler Conklin over 2.5 receptions.
Tight ends are a new QB’s best friend. Conklin might clear this in the first quarter sitting down over the middle.
Parlay: Dolphins -6.5 alternate spread + under 47.5 alternate total.
Jets under 14.5 points scored.
The Dolphins beat up on bad teams. The Jets are a bad team with a tired defense. The Jets’ offensive line is a mess. Divisional games can be slow, sloppy and unpredictable, but the Dolphins should escape this game with a win after harassing Tim Boyle.
NHL
Parlay: Washington Capitals +2.5 + over 5.5 alternate goals.
The Caps are home dogs against an Edmonton team that’s 0-9-1 with teams that have favorable playoff odds currently. Ride Caps ML + over 5.5 goals if you’re feeling bold.
College Basketball
Freaky Friday Under Parlay: LIU/Texas A&M-CC U154.5 + Southeastern Louisiana/Western Michigan U146.5.
The better team would have to score an inexplicable amount of points to cover these totals against slower-paced teams.
