Oregon has won four straight games by 14, and Wisconsin has lost two straight by 14+. Oregon’s fast-paced offense will give Wisconsin trouble. Wisconsin scored only 23 points against Alabama and Penn State combined.
BYU -2.5.
Kansas has played only one ranked team this year, and while they kept it close, BYU has already survived trap games.
