This game could go either way considering:
• The Steelers are 1-8 on Thursday games under Mike Tomlin.
• The Browns have won eight straight Thursday home games.
• The Browns are 4-1 with a tie against Pittsburgh in their last six.
• There’s snow/rain/sleet and 20 mph winds in the forecast.
• Jameis Winston has never played a football game outdoors with temperatures below 40 degrees.
