2024 marks PressBox’s eighth annual Best Of edition celebrating the top people, performances and moments of the year.

Towson men’s lacrosse enjoyed a 13-4 season in the spring, winning the CAA and earning a trip to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2019.
The Tigers scored 14.53 goals per game on the season, ranking first in the CAA and seventh in Division I. Towson saved its best for last, totaling 48 goals in three postseason games.
The Tigers got 19 or more goals from seven players in 2024, led by 42 from Mikey Weisshaar.
