2024 marks PressBox’s eighth annual Best Of edition celebrating the top people, performances and moments of the year.
Best Record-Breaker
Mark Andrews actually got off to a bit of a slow start this season. In his first four games he had just six total catches. But business picked up from there and he made some history in the process.
With his first touchdown catch in an October win against the Buccaneers, Andrews surpassed Todd Heap for the most touchdown receptions in franchise history.
By December, he had caught Jamal Lewis for the most overall touchdowns in franchise history. Not bad for a guy who wasn’t even the first tight end taken by the team in the 2018 draft.
