Joe Serpico shares his top fantasy football waiver-wire pickups heading into Week 7.

Jaxson Dart, QB, New York Giants: The kid can play. He has rushed for 50-plus yards in all three of his starts and showed on Thursday night he can beat an elite defense. He has value during the bye weeks and could be a weekly starter if this production continues.

Bam Knight, RB, Arizona Cardinals: The carousel at running back continues for the Cardinals. It was reported Sunday morning by Adam Schefter that Knight would get more usage, and he led the team in touches with 12. He found the end zone once again, so he is the preferred choice at the goal line as well. This backfield looks to be muddled, but Knight is the player to own.

Kimani Vidal, RB, Los Angeles Chargers: I have to admit, I was wrong about the guy to own in this backfield. Vidal dominated the touches, 21 to 7, over Hassan Haskins, racking up 124 yards on the ground. He also caught three passes for 14 yards, including a 7-yard touchdown. The Chargers are reportedly in the market for a running back, so this could be a short-lived opportunity for Vidal as the starter.

Kendrick Bourne, WR, San Francisco 49ers: Make that two weeks for Mac Jones and Bourne to light up the opposing defense. Bourne caught five of nine targets for 142 yards and is the clear No. 1 option as long as Jones is under center. Ricky Pearsall and George Kittle are still a few weeks away from returning to action, so start Bourne with confidence.

Harold Fannin Jr., TE, Cleveland Browns: Fannin was already a factor on offense, but an injury to Njoku makes him go from borderline option to a must-start player. He was targeted 10 times and caught seven passes for 81 yards. If he is available in your league, make a decent investment and start him.
