Let’s dive into some news and notes around the league, my top fantasy plays and favorite picks for Week 10.

Notes:

It was another week in which the injury bug ran wild. Travis Hunter was placed on injured reserve prior to Week 9 kicking off. Tucker Kraft sustained a season-ending torn ACL. A few hours later, Jayden Daniels suffered a gruesome elbow injury. Aaron Jones, Brian Thomas Jr., C.J. Stroud and Cole Kmet were all knocked out of action as well. And to make matters worse, the waiver wire is light this week.

Some of the top players drafted in fantasy football lived up to their summer draft position. Lamar Jackson came back from a three-game absence and threw four touchdowns. Christian McCaffrey is back to being a top scorer in fantasy. Brock Bowers finished with 37.3 points, the most points for a tight end this season. Drake London, one of my favorite players to draft this summer, scored 34.3 points. Jackson and Bowers missed extended time with injuries, but both will finish near the top of their respective positions.

The Colts’ offense was red hot to start the year but laid an egg against the Steelers on Sunday. Daniel Jones, Jonathan Taylor and Tyler Warren all disappointed fantasy owners this week, but I have no concerns about any of them moving forward. Alec Pierce is one of my top pickups this week on the waiver wire.

We have seen a handful of defensive players get traded ahead of Tuesday’s trade deadline, but keep tabs on some players on offensive that could be on the move. Two situations to keep an eye on are the Jets and Saints. If Breece Hall and Alvin Kamara get dealt, Isaiah Davis and Devin Neal become fantasy starters.

Remember to check the weather heading into Sunday for your kicker selection. Target kickers playing in domes and fair weather conditions.
