2025 marks PressBox’s ninth annual Best Of edition celebrating the top people, performances and moments of the year.
Best Family Fun Weekend
For two nights in August, Oriole Park at Camden Yards featured a raucous atmosphere thanks to a pair of games (or shows might be more appropriate) from the Savannah Bananas.
The baseball-centric entertainment troupe delivered two spectacular days of fun for all ages, complete with in-game appearances from Buck Showalter, Adam Jones, Nick Markakis and Matt Wieters. (The latter recorded a “walk-off” hit to end an inning.)
The weekend also featured a performance from Towson’s All Time Low and day-long events and activities downtown.
