2025 marks PressBox’s ninth annual Best Of edition celebrating the top people, performances and moments of the year.
Best Late Lift
The Orioles were playing out the string by the time Kyle Bradish and Tyler Wells returned after rehabbing from elbow surgeries, but their performances served as a reminder of what the club had been missing while they were gone.
Bradish recorded a 2.53 ERA and struck out 47 batters in 32 innings, while Wells posted a 2.91 ERA and struck out 18 hitters in 21.2 innings. The work they did in the minors and majors in 2025 built a foundation for what they hope is a fully healthy, successful 2026.
