2025 marks PressBox’s ninth annual Best Of edition celebrating the top people, performances and moments of the year.

Loyola men’s golf won its seventh Patriot League championship and 24th conference title since 1990, defeating Holy Cross by one shot in the three-round Patriot League Championships at Bucknell Golf Club in Lewisburg, Pa., in April.
Gustavo Rangel, Eli Spaulding, Jackson Roman, Mike Crowley and Garrett Kessler all placed in the top 15 individually to pace the Greyhounds. Rangel led the way with a third-place finish at the Championships (1-under 69-67-73).
