Much of Craig Albernaz’s introductory news conference in November after being named Orioles manager went about as you’d expect, but his thick Massachusetts accent wasn’t the star of the show. In fact, it turned out to be something else entirely.
Albernaz’s 2-year-old daughter Gigi stole the show, asking for a stuffed animal Oriole to hold while her dad answered questions and offering an adorable “you’re welcome” when Albernaz thanked her for handing him his hat.
