The Orioles announced the club’s 2026 Opening Day roster March 25. The 26-player roster includes:

Seven players will start on the Injured List: INF JACKSON HOLLIDAY (right hamate surgery), OF HESTON KJERSTAD (right hamstring strain), and INF JORDAN WESTBURG (right elbow UCL sprain) on the 10-day, LHP KEEGAN AKIN (left groin strain) and RHP ANDREW KITTREDGE (right shoulder inflammation) on the 15-day, all retroactive to March 22, and RHP FÉLIX BAUTISTA (right shoulder surgery) and RHP COLIN SELBY (right shoulder inflammation) on the 60-day.

Seven players have made their first career Opening Day roster: C SAMUEL BASALLO, OF DYLAN BEAVERS, RHP YARAMIL HIRALDO, INF/OF JEREMIAH JACKSON, INF COBY MAYO, RHP ANTHONY NUNEZ, and LHP GRANT WOLFRAM. NUNEZ will be making his major league debut with his first appearance.

Six of the 26 players were on Baltimore’s Opening Day roster in 2025: RHP YENNIER CANO, OF COLTON COWSER, RHP ZACH EFLIN, 1B RYAN MOUNTCASTLE, OF TYLER O’NEILL, and C ADLEY RUTSCHMAN, while eight players will be making their O’s debut: INF/OF BLAZE ALEXANDER, 1B PETE ALONSO, RHP CHRIS BASSITT, RHP SHANE BAZ, RHP RYAN HELSLEY, OF LEODY TAVERAS, OF TAYLOR WARD, and NUNEZ.

RHP JACKSON KOWAR and INF/OF BRYAN RAMOS have been designated for assignment while INF JOSÉ BARRERO, C SAM HUFF, RHP ALBERT SUÁREZ, INF LUIS VÁZQUEZ, and INF/OF WESTON WILSON have been reassigned to Triple-A Norfolk. The Orioles’ 40-man roster currently has 38 players.
