Best Breakout Season
Before the 2021 season, NBC Sports’ Peter King turned heads when he named Ravens defensive lineman Justin Madubuike as one of his top three candidates to be NFL Defensive Player of the Year.
Madubuike more than justified the hype — albeit a couple of seasons later — by posting his first career double-digit sack season in 2023.
In November, he broke Terrell Suggs’ franchise record for the most consecutive games with at least a half-sack.
