Making a visit to Morgan State’s campus in February was … Magic Johnson?!?!
That’s right. Johnson was on campus to take part in the ribbon-cutting ceremony for Thurgood Marshall Dining Hall as the chairman of SodexoMagic, Morgan’s dining services provider.
He also spoke to the men’s and women’s basketball teams ahead of their games on Feb. 20 against Howard. What was his message?
“It’s about preparation. It’s about practice,” Bears men’s hoops coach Kevin Broadus said.
