NHL

Colorado Avalanche-Phoenix Coyotes over 6.5 goals
Mr. Ice put out an early two-unit play? We tail.

NFL

Tee Higgins anytime touchdown. Tee Higgins over 62.5 yards. Tee Higgins longest reception over 23.5 yards.
With Ja’Marr Chase out, Higgins has always stepped up. Higgins averages 87 yards per game against Pittsburgh in his career with three 100+ yard performances. With +170 value as a TD scorer, we will take it. FanDuel also has Higgins to record 25+ receiving yards in each half at +210, which is a great take.

George Pickens longest reception over 18.5 yards
Mason Rudolph has traditionally liked to push the football downfield. With so much controversy around the Steelers young receivers effort in the run game, I believe Rudolph gives the talented wideout several deep targets.

Chase Brown over 2.5 receptions
Brown has become a key contributor and playmaker in Zac Taylor’s offense the past few weeks. He’s caught three balls in two straight games. This line is plus money, which feels like a trap, but I’m happily taking the cheese. With Ja’Marr Chase out, the Bengals will have more football to go around.

Trey Hendrickson to record a sack
Two-unit hammer. This line is ridiculous. Even money on one of the most efficient and productive pass rushers in the NFL? The former Saint has 15 sacks, just one off of NFL leader T.J. Watt, who is -340 to record a sack. Hendrickson has recorded a sack in four of his five games against Pittsburgh, with three in his last two games. The Steelers certainly want to run the football with their third-string quarterback, but the Bengals will anticipate that, load the box, and get Rudolph into passing downs throughout this game.

James Cook longest rush over 14.5 yards
The Chargers are allowing 146 rushing yards per game during their last six games, and Cook has become a focal point of the Bills’ offense. On the LA turf, he should be able to take off.

Josh Allen anytime touchdown
We’re going to keep taking this every single week until the line goes 2-1. Allen has a rushing TD in 11 of 13 games and four straight.

Quentin Johnston over 2.5 receptions. Quentin Johnston 40+ alt receiving yards.
What is the point of doing anything other than trying to build confidence in the Chargers’ rookie first-rounder at this point? With a game that could get out hand quickly, I expect the Chargers to prioritize Johnston as they try to evaluate what the unsuccessful rookie can and can’t do as they lick their wounds.

Easton Stick over 15.5 yards rushing
This is a bit of a fool me once, as I took this line last week expecting the Chargers to utilize any semblance of a QB run game for a quarterback who ran 4.6 and racked up 2,500 rushing yards in college. Feel free not to tail, but I’m correcting myself here, or making a fool of myself. You decide!
