Gavin Sheets is off to a solid start in his second full year in the majors, and the Gilman grad is enjoying MLB’s new rules. “It’s nice coming up and not seeing a guy in shallow right field and a third baseman at second base and a shortstop across,” Sheets said. “It frees you up to use the whole field.”
