2023 marks PressBox’s seventh annual Best Of edition celebrating the top people, performances and moments of the year.
Best Undefeated Season
Since 2019, Harford Community College men’s lacrosse has gone 44-5 overall and made trips to at least the NJCAA semifinals in every season except 2020, when the Fighting Owls didn’t play due to COVID-19.
HCC had its best season yet in 2023, going 12-0 and winning the first NJCAA national championship in program history. Even better, the Owls won it all on their home field.
Attackman Dylan Tomarchio had five goals in the 13-8, title-clinching win against Nassau Community College in May.
