The Baltimore Ravens are initially scheduled to play four primetime games (two at home and two away) in 2025, beginning with a Week 1 (Sept. 7) showdown at the Buffalo Bills on Sunday Night Football.
Baltimore will also host the Detroit Lions on Monday Night Football in Week 3 (Sept. 22) and welcome the Cincinnati Bengals to M&T Bank Stadium on Thanksgiving Night (Week 13, Nov. 27). Additionally, the Ravens will play at the Miami Dolphins in Week 9 (Oct. 30) on Thursday Night Football.
In the season’s first six weeks, Baltimore will face five teams that made the 2024 playoffs: at Buffalo (Week 1), vs. Detroit (Week 3), at Kansas City Chiefs (Week 4), vs. Houston Texans (Week 5) and vs. the Los Angeles Rams (Week 6).
Four of Baltimore’s final six games are against division rivals Cincinnati and Pittsburgh, as the Ravens will play the Bengals twice in a three-game span (Weeks 13 & 15), with a Week 14 home matchup vs. the Steelers in between. Remarkably, the Ravens will then conclude regular season play at Pittsburgh (Week 18) for just the second time in franchise history, last doing so in Week 17 of 2002.
Below are additional elements of the Ravens’ 2025 schedule:
· The Ravens play nine games at M&T Bank Stadium and eight on the road. Outside of Baltimore’s home and away matchups against AFC North foes (Bengals, Browns & Steelers), its opponents include the entire NFC North (Bears, Lions, Packers & Vikings) and AFC East (Bills, Dolphins, Patriots & Jets), as well as the reigning AFC South (Texans), NFC West (Rams) and AFC West (Chiefs) champions.
· The Ravens will play nine games vs. 2024 playoff teams and 11 games against teams that finished .500 or better last season. Baltimore’s strength of schedule ranks as the NFL’s ninth toughest, based on combined opponent records from 2024 (.533 win percentage).
· By hosting Cincinnati in Week 13, Baltimore will play on Thanksgiving for the third time in franchise history. The Ravens previously earned Thanksgiving Night home victories over San Francisco (2011) and Pittsburgh (2013).
· The Week 13 Thanksgiving Night affair also marks the third-consecutive year Baltimore will play a nationally-televised game on a major holiday (2023 Christmas Night at San Francisco & 2024 Christmas Day at Houston). The Ravens are 5-1 all time in combined Thanksgiving/Christmas games.
· In a rematch of last season’s thrilling AFC Divisional Playoff game at Buffalo, Baltimore opens its slate in front of a national primetime audience for the second-consecutive year. (The Ravens began 2024 by playing in the NFL’s Thursday night Kickoff Game at Kansas City.)
· For their Week 2 home opener (Sept. 14), the Ravens will welcome the Cleveland Browns to M&T Bank Stadium, where Baltimore is 20-6 all time against the division foe, including 9-1 in the month of September.
· In facing Detroit (Week 3), Baltimore will play its 23rd Monday Night Football game during the John Harbaugh Era (since 2008). Of these 23 MNF contests, this season’s game marks just the fifth at home (and first since 2021).
· Week 7 (Oct. 19) is the Ravens’ earliest bye in a season since 2020 (also Week 7).
· The Ravens will play three straight home games in October (Week 5 vs. Houston, Week 6 vs. Rams & Week 8 vs. the Chicago Bears), before closing out the month on a Thursday night (Oct. 30) at Miami. Baltimore will also have three straight home games from Weeks 12-14 (vs. New York Jets, vs. Bengals & vs. Steelers, respectively).
· Baltimore encounters one three-game road stretch in 2025, when it plays away in Weeks 9-11 (Oct. 30 at Miami, Nov. 9 at Minnesota & Nov. 16 at Cleveland).
· Baltimore will play a regular season game at Minnesota for just the third time ever, last visiting the Vikings in 2017. The Ravens also seek their first-ever victory at Minnesota, which marks the only NFL team Baltimore hasn’t beaten on the road in the franchise’s 30-year history.
