PressBox caught up with Ravens tight end Nick Boyle recently to ask him about his favorite guilty food, what his job would be if he weren’t in the NFL, his favorite thing about Baltimore and more.

PressBox: What’s your favorite guilty food?

Nick Boyle: Boston Kreme donuts from Dunkin’ Donuts

PB:What’s a bucket-list place you’d like to visit that you’ve never been to?

NB: That’s hard. I hate traveling. I don’t have one. I like being home.

PB: If you weren’t in the NFL, what job would you have?

NB: I joke around that I’d be a zookeeper.

PB: Why a zookeeper?

NB: I like animals. I think it would be cool to be with exotic animals. That would be fun.

PB: Do you have any pets?

NB: Yes, two dogs. Mollie and Cooper. They’re just mutts. We adopted them.

PB: What was your favorite sports team growing up?

NB: I didn’t really have one. I was more into skateboarding and riding dirt bikes. I played sports but I never followed them. I was always into sports, but watching ESPN and stuff wasn’t really my thing.

PB: Who was your favorite athlete growing up?

NB: Tony Hawk. He was cool.

PB:What’s your favorite road city?

NB: I thought Denver was cool. Pittsburgh is good, just because of the mindset you get when you go to Pittsburgh. Pretty good restaurants, too.

PB: Is there a TV show you binge-watch?

NB: I don’t really watch TV shows. My wife [Kristina] watches “Law & Order: SVU” all the time. Every time I go home SVU is on. If there’s a show I watch the most, it’s SVU, just because she always has it on.

PB: What’s your favorite thing about Baltimore?

NB: The people on the team. It’s a really close group. I can go up to anyone and have a normal conversation with them and I don’t know if that’s a thing [elsewhere] in the NFL, but here it’s really enjoyable.
